Saqib Ali

Saqib Ali is an ACCA finalist and ICMAP-qualified accountant who has spent 15 years splitting his time between professional finance and teaching. He has audited, run remote accounting for UAE-based firms, and written papers and case studies on audit and financial reporting.

In lessons he keeps the subject tethered to practice. Ledgers behave the way they do because a real business needed them to, and he demonstrates with the software finance teams actually run, from Oracle NetSuite to Tally. He has taught more than 30,000 hours, and his students range from school candidates to professionals sitting board examinations.

Saqib is an ACCA finalist with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK, holds qualifications from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMAP), and completed a Bachelor of Commerce. He has published academic papers and case studies in accounting, audit and finance.
