We collect your child's year group, board, subject, learning style and family expectations on the initial call. Our matching team reviews tutor profiles based on subject expertise, teaching style and schedule, matches usually happen the same day. If the first session doesn't click, we re-match for free.
We cover IGCSE, GCSE, O-Level and A-Level (AS/A2) across Cambridge (CAIE), Pearson Edexcel, AQA and OCR, plus the full IB programme (PYP, MYP, DP). We also prepare students for AP, SAT, GED and EmSAT. Our tutors are matched to the exact board your child studies under.
Every session is live, one-to-one, taught over our browser-based classroom (no downloads). We also record every session so your child can re-watch tricky topics during homework or exam preparation.
We offer per-session packages — Basic, Standard (our most popular) and Premium — priced for your country in your local currency (AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD or GBP). Your first session is a demo, and there is no long lock-in, you top up sessions as you need them.
Cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before a session at no charge. Missed sessions without notice are counted, but the recording is still made available so the time isn't wasted. We're flexible — family life happens.
You'll receive a tutor note after every session, plus a longer monthly progress report covering topic-level mastery, recommended focus areas and how your child is tracking against their school reports. Parents can also message the tutor directly between sessions.
