Dur-E-Kashaf holds an MS in Chemistry, a BS Honours in Chemistry with a perfect 4.0 CGPA, and a B.Ed — so she has both the subject depth and the formal teaching training, which is a less common combination than it should be.
Over 10 years she has taught more than 10,000 students across 12,000 hours. Her research background is in organic synthesis and nanotechnology, and it shows in how she explains mechanisms rather than asking students to memorise them. She has taught at established institutions and one-to-one throughout that period, so she knows where students reliably lose marks and how early those habits form.
